Dorothy Ann (White) Scullen turning 90 years of age, May 31, 2017.
A lifelong resident of Stillwater, Dorothy was born and raised on Churchill Street, attended St. Michael’s Catholic School, and graduated from Stillwater High School in 1945. She married her high school sweetheart, Myron (Mike) Scullen, November 15, 1947. Together they raised 7 children and Dorothy proudly boasts of her 26 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Always active, Dorothy is a member of St. Michael’s Altar and Rosary Society, a Red Cross Blood Drive volunteer, an election judge and past member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. An avid gardener, knitter and whiz at needlework, Dorothy continues to bake bread and a weekly batch of cookies enjoyed by many.
A Celebration to honor Dorothy’s 90th Birthday will be held June 4, 2017, from 1-3 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Stillwater, MN. Hosted by her children, you are invited to join in wishing Dorothy the happiest of birthdays. No gifts please.
