Here are some items on the agenda for the Stillwater City Council for July 15:
• Public hearing and possible approval for the 55-home Rutherford Station development at Manning and McKusick. It was approved at the last meeting prior to the city giving proper notice of the public hearing, so city staff are requesting the city rescind the prior resolution and re-approve the preliminary plat.
• Authorization of a bid for 2014 street improvements, with bids issued Aug. 14 and presented to the council Aug. 19.
Two items on the agenda are requested to be held until the July 29 council meeting, including consideration of a 100-unit senior care development near Rutherford Elementary and consideration of rezoning the building that houses the Stillwater Post Office at 216 Myrtle St. W.
