NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Bayport City Council will meet at the Bayport City Hall, 294 3rd Street North, Bayport, Minnesota, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2013 to consider water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer extension and related improvements to service designated properties along 2nd Street South between the north line of Central Avenue and the south line of 2nd Avenue South, on 1st Avenue South between 3rd Street South and 2nd Street South, and on 2nd Avenue South between 3rd Street South and 2nd Street South in Bayport, Minnesota, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $383,229.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons desiring to be heard on the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.

Notice is given that an Application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will dated June 16, 2005 has been filed with the Registrar in an ancillary proceeding. The Application has been granted. Any objections may be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after proper notice of hearing.

Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Laurel L. Klosterman, 845 Eagle RidgePlace, Stillwater, MN 55082 as ancillary personal representative of the estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has the power to administer the estate in Minnesota including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
