NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bayport City Council will meet on Monday, June 3, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Bayport City Hall, 294 North 3rd Street, in said city, to consider a joint petition from Group 41, LLC and Bayport Marina Association, Inc. to the city to vacate a portion of 5th Avenue South, adjacent to the Bayport Marina. A complete legal description of the property to be vacated and the joint petition to vacate the property is available at City Hall.
