Johnston: Accusations in Lake Elmo are without merit
The Oct. 17, 2012, edition the Stillwater Gazette printed an article detailing numerous allegations by Anne Smith against Lake Elmo Mayor Dean Johnston. The evaluation of these accusations by our justice system has found all of them to lack merit. No charges of any type will be pursued.
Lake Elmo residents can now return to the real issues of taxes, public safety and a thoughtful, cautious approach to development.
