Five members of the Stillwater Ponies football team grill hamburgers and hot dogs earlier this month for residents of Good Samaritan Society-Stillwater. Nearly 30 team members cooked dinner and visited with residents of the center’s three neighborhoods. The Ponies open the 2012 football season Friday with a trip to Suburban East Conference rival Woodbury. Kickoff is 7 p.m. and the game can be heard on KLBB-AM 1220.
