A St. Croix Brewing Co. vendor serves beer to two Brewer’s Bazaar visitors at Saturday’s sold-out event aboard the Avalon riverboat in Stillwater. The Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club fundraiser featured 18 craft brewers offering samples of more than 90 beers. Plans for next year’s event are underway and McGinley said organizers are considering using a second boat. McGinley said organizers expect to top last year’s total funds raised of $25,000. Money raised at Brewer’s Bazaar funds projects including a migratory bird study with a group in Costa Rica, scholarships for students, funding an international exchange student and local grants.
