The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Tamarack Gallery and Framing at a ribbon cutting celebration last month.
A Stillwater institution for over 40 years, Tamarack Gallery and Framing changed ownership in 2015 and is now owned by the Linder family, former owners of Linder’s Greenhouses.
“We have maintained many of the higher end art pieces that Tamarack has always been known for, but have also added less expensive pieces. Art is for everyone and should be affordable,” said owner Lill Linder.
Linder put together a photography exhibit that launched in May called Pictures of Stillwater which features the work of a number of local photographers on display at her store.
“Stillwater is such an incredibly picturesque place,” Linder said. “Photographers love to capture beautiful images here and I am very excited to display some of their work. I hope locals will come in and check it out.”
Tamarack Gallery is located at 112 S Main Street in Stillwater and online at TamarackGallery.com.
