Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held for a Variance request to repair the existing footprint of the garage by raising the side walls to 8 feet and improving the garage roof pitch from 4/12 to 8/12 matching the house as well as improvements so that the garage matches the house esthetically located at 518 Olive Street West, legally described as the West one-half (W 1/2) of lot four (4) and all of lot five (5), block one (1), Websters Addition to Stillwater as amended by Myron Shephards Perfected Plat of the City of Stillwater dated May 21, 1878.
Case No. SUP/2014-9 will be heard before the Planning Commission on Monday, March 10, 2014, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Stillwater City Hall, 216 North Fourth Street. All persons wishing to be heard with reference to this request will be heard at this meeting.
