Stillwater Motors invites the public to celebrate its new look and its employees’ years of service at an open house 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23.
The event will include free food and beverages, a children’s coloring contest and the chance to win a tablet or 32-inch flat screen TV. It will also include General Motors technology demonstrations and will feature vendors, tire experts and more.
Stillwater Motors has been at its current Stillwater Boulevard location since 1972. The latest remodel comes in the wake of an extensive remodeling project in 2007 and was done as part of GM’s “essential branding element” update, according to owner D.J .Raduenz. That’s a national program by the company to create a consistent look for its dealerships.
In addition to showcasing the building’s new look, Raduenz emphasized, the open house will celebrate the service of employees such as Gus MacDonald, in his 64th year with the dealership.
