Visitors Bureau contest opens
The Stillwater Visitors Bureau invites the public to submit two of their best Stillwater photographs in 12 MB resolution by Oct. 15 for the chance to win up to $300.
Winners will also receive recognition in the DiscoverStillwater.com website and in the 2014 Official Stillwater Visitors Guide. Images can feature all four seasons and must be recognizably Stillwater. Ideas for photographs include history, people having fun, events, landmarks, scenery, attractions, dining, lodging, shopping and weddings.
Submit images to info@DiscoverStillwater.com and include your name, email address and phone number. Upon submission, participants are agreeing as the photographers, and legal owners, that the Stillwater Visitors Bureau can use submitted photographs in advertising, trade or for any purpose and in any format without additional consent from the original photographers.
Bridge marathon continues
The 30th summer session of Lakeview Foundation’s Bridge Marathon completed play for the period ending Aug. 21. The Bridge Marathon is a fund raiser for he foundation’s scholarship fund. The leaders in their respective groups are listed below.
