Minnesota Virtual Academy an online program from K12 Inc., presents an information session on virtual education programs for the St. Croix chapter of the Minnesota Council for the Gifted and Talented at 6 p.m. today in the Margaret Rivers Room B of the Stillwater Public Library, 224 Third St. North in Stillwater. The session is geared toward gifted and talented students and advanced learners. The MVA head of schools and two teachers will be available to answer questions and discuss the program. Online schools offer programs for gifted and talented students that not many families know about. The session offers an advance opportunity for gifted and talented students and their families to learn about MVA prior to the start of the new school year.
