Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Laurel L. Klosterman, 845 Eagle RidgePlace, Stillwater, MN 55082 as ancillary personal representative of the estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has the power to administer the estate in Minnesota including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

ORDINANCE NO. 1061
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER CITY CODE
SECTION 31-300 ENTITLED ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS
BY REZONING 6 ACRES TO TR, TRADITIONAL RESIDENTIAL

The City Council of the City of Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, does ordain:

1. Amending. The Zoning Map is amended as indicated on the attached map marked Exhibit A and the area indicated thereon are changed to TR, Traditional Residential. This proceeding is known as Case 2013-12.

2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after publication according to law, and upon the subject property becoming part of the City of Stillwater by operational law.

3. Saving. In all other ways the Stillwater City Code shall remain in full force and effect.

Adopted by the City Council this 2nd day of July, 2013.
