All pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with by the Association. There are no actions or proceedings instituted at law by the Association to recover the Debt or any part thereof. The Lienees have not been released from their personal obligations to pay the Debt.

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 from 02:00pm until 04:00pm at the Washington County Government Center, Lower Level Room 21, 14949 62nd St. N., Stillwater, MN 55082.

The purpose of this meeting will be to receive public comments on the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program for Washington County and the City of Stillwater. Comments will be received at the beginning of the Washington County Water Consortium Meeting. The meeting will also include presentations on water quality in Washington County lakes and the Mississippi River.
