At the council’s 4:30 workshop, members will hear a report on the aquatic plant management plan for Lily, Long and McKusick lakes. The presentation shows options available to the city, with the next step directing city staff to explore funding options for the selected option.
Also at the meeting, a representative from the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Downtown Revitalization Committee’s ambiance submcommittee will discuss submcommittee ideas for downtown enhancements.
Updates regarding the Mastel races and the Convention and Visitors Bureau audit update will be presented to the council.
At the 7 p.m. business meeting, SFD Chief Stu Glazer presents his department’s annual report. A public hearing is also scheduled on impervious surface requirements for an addition to a garage and secnd floor to a home located on the 100 block of Lakeside Drive. Discussion on special events options will also occur.
Both meetings are open to the public and are in Stillwater City Hall council chambers at 216 Fourth St. North.
