SCANDIA — After working on computers in his home, Jesse Pereboom recently expanded Perebooms Computer Service to a new location in Scandia.

The company’s move to 21190 Ozark Ave in Scandia was celebrated with a Feb. 1 ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce.

Pereboom has been repairing all makes and models of computers out of his home for nearly two years and he decided it was time to expand.

“Business is picking up and we wanted to better serve our clients,” he said. “By having a store front, our customers can locate us easier and we can accommodate them much better.”

Perebooms repairs all types of computers, including MacIntosh and iPads, and offers remote technical support at a reduced rate. Perebooms’ staff also makes house calls to clients.

“Whatever ticks you off about your computer, we are here to help,” Pereboom said.
