WOODBURY — Residents are invited to an open house to view construction plans, project schedule and detour maps for the Woodbury Drive (County Road 19) Improvement Project from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 4 at the Eagle Valley Golf Course Clubhouse.
The course is at 2600 Double Eagle Lane in Woodbury. The event is an open house with no presentation. Project staff will be available to review plans and answer questions.
The anticipated construction schedule is in three phases, with each phase subject to change and weather dependent. The first phase from April through July is road construction on Woodbury Drive from just south of Park Crossing/Eagle Valley Drive through Lake Road. The Woodbury Drive-Lake Road intersection will be closed to all traffic, and detours will be posted.
The second phase from August through November is road construction on Woodbury Drive south of Lake Road through Bailey Road. The intersection of Woodbury Drive and Bailey Road will be closed to all traffic and detours will be posted.
The third phase is October through January and consists of installation of water re-use systems to capture and re-use stormwater run-off for irrigation of the Eagle Valley and Prestwick golf courses.
