Our Savior’s Lutheran site of annual senior health fair April 16
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church at 1616 W. Olive St. in Stillwater and the St. Croix Valley Parish Nurses host the Eighth Annual Senior Health and Faith Day from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 16 at the church.
Heather Halen, MA, LP, LMFT, a facilitator and ambassador for Graceful Journey and Honoring Choices Minnesota, leads a discussion of a “Graceful Journey: Preparing for Tomorrow Living for Today” with a panel of community participants.
The panel includes Kim Barnhart, BA, LSW, manager of case management at Lakeview Hospital; Dr. Charles Bransford, physician and medical director of Lakeview Hospital and Hospice; Rev. Bob Furniss, chaplain of Lakeview Hospital and Hospice; Dwight Cummins, attorney at Cummins Law Office, PA, and Jim Bradshaw of Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center.
