HUDSON, Wis. — The Phipps Oratorio Society Chorus and Orchestra performs “Cantique de Jean Racine” by Gabriel FaurÈ, “Cantata 56” by J. S. Bach and “Gloria” by Antonio Vivaldi on at 2 p.m. March 24 at Bethel Highlands Church, 504 Frontage Road in Hudson.
“This program promises to be a pleasing transition from contemplative Lent to joyous Easter, the perfect way to celebrate the return of spring,” said Oratorio Society music director Thomas Dahle,
The chorus consists of the following members and their respective communities:
