ChamberNet referral group forms

ChamberNet Referral Groups consist of business professionals with the desire to grow their business by forming relationships with other Chamber members by exchanging direct client referrals and leads.

This new group, called ChamberNet Luncheon, runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the AmericInn. The first meeting is Thursday.

The groups’s purpose is building relationships so members recognize business referral opportunities to other group members. The goal is for each member to give a minimum of one referral per meeting.

Groups meet on a regular basis and adhere to a consistent agenda that enables relationships to be formed and referrals shared. ChamberNet Groups require attendance at 80 percent of the meetings or sending a stand-in person if the member cannot attend. Attendance and referrals are tracked.

To join the groups follow a non-competing format and are limited to one person per industry/profession. Potential members may visit a group twice before making a decision to join. To join you must be a Chamber member and complete a ChamberNet application which can be obtained through the Chamber. Cost for membership is $50/year and is prorated to renew October 1. For more information, contact the group President Julie Braun at [email protected]
