Barbara A. (McDonald) Engler
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Barbara A. (McDonald) Engler, 81, beloved mother, grandmother, sister amd aunt, passed away on Feb. 25, 2013, after a courageous battle with bladder and brain cancer.
Barbara was preceded in death by beloved husband, Clark; siblings, Donald, John (Gretchen), Catherine (Hal) Herbst, and Richard (Karen). She is survived by children, Christopher (Cara), Sarah, and Matthew (Kay); granddaughters, Rebecca, Megan, Nicole, and Carina; siblings, Mary Kuehl, Pat Fridgen, Charles (Betty), Margaret (Mel) Ristvedt, and Sara (Glenn) Cook; sisters-in-law, Joan Holmes (nee Engler) and Doreen McDonald, and many loved nieces and nephews.
A remembrance service is 6 to 8 p.m. today, March 1, at Wright Funeral Home in Hawley, Minn. A mass of christian Burial is Noon Saturday, March 2, at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Hawley. Interment is at the Hawley Cemetery. A memorial mass will be held at a later date at St. Odilia Catholic Church in Shoreview, Minn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Therese Hospice or MCCL.
