NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing, at the direction of the City Administrator, for the purpose of reviewing and considering amendments to Zoning Ordinance 401 related to allowing animal daycare, limited overnight care and associated services as an accessory use in the B-2 General Business District, B-4 Limited Business District and areas zoned PUD Commercial Planned Unit Development. The revised language considers the use of yearly administrative approval for all animal daycare, limited overnight care and associated services.

The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at the City Hall, 14168 Oak Park Blvd. N., Oak Park Heights, Minnesota 55082. All written and oral comments will be considered.

Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commission is anticipated to be held by the City Council on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at the City Hall
