Riders on a horse-drawn sleigh advertise the winter ice cream social in downtown Stillwater in 1950. The community tradition returns from noon to 4 p.m. Jan. 19 at Mulberry Park. Along with free ice cream, hot chocolate and coffee, there will be skating and a bonfire. Donations to the Washington County Historical Society will also be accepted at the event.
