NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Lake St. Croix Beach, Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit governing land use for the City of Lake St. Croix Beach to designate the property located at 1919 Quebec Avenue South as park land. The public hearing shall be held at:

7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the City Hall, 16455 20th Street South. All written and verbal comments will be considered.

A Special City Council meeting will follow the public hearing to take action regarding the amendment to the conditional use permit for the City of Lake St. Croix Beach.
