‘Writers On Writing’ launches fall lineup author Erin Hart
Award-winning mystery writer Erin Hart will launch the fall 2012 “Writers on Writing” season.
Hart is the author of a series of crime novels set in Ireland that revolve around forensics, history, music and folklore. Her books, which include “Haunted Ground, Lake of Sorrows” and “False Mermaid” have won numerous awards and been translated into 10 languages.
“Writing novels really feels like an investigation, because I truly don’t know where they’re going to end up — and figuring it all out is the best part of my job,” Hart said about her work.
The event is 7 p.m. Oct. 11 in the Margaret Rivers Room of the Stillwater Public Library at 224 Third St. North in Stillwater. The evening will include a presentation by the author, a question-and-answer session, book signing and the opportunity to mingle with other writers, artists and book lovers.
The event is free and open to the public. Books will be available for sale through Valley Bookseller.
