NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Planning Commission of Stillwater Township, Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing on the 6th day of September, 2012, at 7:00 P.M at the Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow keeping of horses at a density greater than one horse per two grazable acres. The applicant proposes to keep 3 horses in an area of approximately 3.5 acres. The property is located at 12055 Boutwell Road North. The applicants are Michael and Sharon Dekker of that address. A copy of the application and related materials is available from the Town Clerk. Anyone wishing to express an opinion orally or in writing shall be heard at the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Planning Commission of Stillwater Township, Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing on the 6th day of September, 2012, at 7:00 P.M at the Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider amendment to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance (Chapter 1, Section 7, and Chapter 3, Section 4). The amendment will modify the distance requirements for mailed public hearing notice to area property owners for Conditional Use Permits and Subdivisions. The amendment will make the Township requirements the same as Washington County requirements. This will increase the distance from the affected property that property owners are noticed. A copy of the proposed amendment is available from the Town Clerk.
