Prior to execution of a construction contract, the successful contractor will be required to submit a payment & performance bond in an amount equivalent to 100% of the contract, proper worker’s compensation and general liability insurance coverage, list of sub contractors, and Section 3 Compliance Form. In addition, the successful contractor and all subcontractors will be required to pay all workers on the project prevailing wage according to the Davis-Bacon Act. Proposed date of construction contract letting is August 21, 2012.
