Four graduate court management program

ST. PAUL – Four Minnesota Judicial Branch court employees from the 10th Judicial District recently graduated from the Institute for Court Management (ICM) Fellows Program in court leadership.

Washington County District Court Administrator Annette Fritz, Anoka County District Court Administrator Jennifer Schlieper and Tenth Judicial District Administration employees Sherilyn Hubert and Lynn Wagner all completed the program and participated in a May 11 graduation ceremony in Washington, D.C.

The ICM Fellows Program develops and enhances the knowledge, skills, and abilities of court administrators and provides instruction in areas of functional responsibility associated with court administration. The program, operated by the National Center for State Courts, consists of four phases that build upon each other and challenge participants to develop analytical, administrative, and communication skills.
